Beth recently sat down with Jacquelyn Baker from our Cincinnati office. Jacquelyn is commerce practice lead at VMLY&R but like so many of us, she wears many hats. She has amazing experience, both agency and client-side, leading teams for some of our biggest eCommerce clients.

Jacquelyn has had an incredible career so far, so I wanted to speak to her about her journey, role models in her life, and the role mentorship has played in her career. As two working moms, we also touched on the importance of creating a work-life balance.
